Cancellation Policy:
• All refund requests must be made in writing to Motto Turizm.
• If your paper is not accepted for the conference by the scientific committee, 100% of the registration and accommodation fees will be refunded.
• If your paper is accepted for the conference by the scientific committee but you choose to withdraw, 50% of the registration and accommodation fees will be refunded if notified by July 1, 2025.
• If withdrawal is reported after this date, no refund will be given.
• All refunds will be made after the end of the Congress.
Bank & Payment Details

Please register only once to avoid double registration and double payment. Changes and additions to the bookings after the completion of registration may be done by email to the Congress secretariat at gozde@motto.tc. If you will pay by credit card, please remember that the foreign card transaction fee is additionally 3%.
